About This Project

A full-stack hiring platform where seekers discover and apply for jobs, recruiters manage companies and listings, and admins review platform activity. The system connects protected dashboards, role-aware access, applications, saved jobs, and subscription plans across a Next.js client and Express/MongoDB API.

Challenges

The core challenge was keeping permissions and workflow state consistent across three roles: seekers applying for jobs, recruiters managing companies and applications, and admins governing the platform.

Next steps: richer recruiter analytics, notification preferences, and a more complete public employer profile experience.
