The questions that come up most often about working together — answered up front, so we can spend the first call on your project.

Yes — remote or hybrid, full-time or contract. I'm in Bangladesh (UTC+6), so I overlap with European afternoons and with US mornings, and I'm comfortable working async with a short daily handover.
Four things: the goal, the features you can't ship without, your deadline, and one or two sites whose look you like. With those I can tell you what's realistic, what I'd leave for a second release, and how long the first one takes.
Yes. I start by reading how it's put together — data flow, component boundaries, styling conventions — and match that rather than reshaping it. My first commits are deliberately small, so you can judge the work before it grows.
I raise it as soon as I see it, together with the trade-off: what it costs in time, or what has to move to keep the date. You decide, and the priority list stays honest instead of quietly slipping.
Both. A single landing page, a dashboard, a section that needs fixing, or a full product from scratch — the first step is the same conversation, and I'll say plainly if a job is better suited to someone else.
